Kendal Mint Cake is not my favourite, either, but it is an efficient sugar delivery system if one is caught out in extreme bad weather and needing of an energy boost. As I've recently been diagnosed as diabetic (type 2) it's definitely off my shopping list.
Those knitted post box covers have also made an appearance in Essex. Weird.
I have to say when I read your words I was a bit concerned about Ear Wax - then I saw the pictures! Thanks Paul - you brought a big smile to my Saturday morning.๐
I used to love KMC when I was a kid: it was my drug of choice when I needed an instant burst of energy. The thought of all that sugar, now, though; and the taste so redolent of Olbas Oilโฆ โ ugh: just makes me want to vomit. Gimme Grasmere Gingerbread anytime (well, if they made a vegan versionโฆ โ which they donโt).
You capture Kendalโs quirkiness with the eye of an insider. Unfortunate that you had to witness people scraping their melted brains out through their earsโฆ โ but I suppose a World Cup is on, and it fills the time in between matches. I hope your trews fit.

Great set, as usual. Keep up the good work, mate.
Cheers Paul. Yeah best avoid the sugar and olbas oil combo Paul!
Love your notes Paul and the pics are great๐๐
Cheers Jon. Perhaps your artists statements and my ridiculous notes could be combined. Kerching!

I do suffer from said condition. I spoke to both chaps after the photos were taken and we shared stories!
Great collection Paul, thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks as always Evie
Beautiful Photo I really enjoyed all the colors
Thanks Joe. That has made a colourblind photographer very happy.

Vomit inducing is the perfect description Stephen.
Quirky is also a very good description. Funny little town.
Criers got places to go and things to cry.
