A first run out after my bendy leg issue. Well, more of an amble than a run if I'm honest.
I rested. Doctors orders. It was bloody torture. Mangled hamstrings and hyperactivity disorder mix like oil and water. I got the green light a few days ago so on Saturday I drove ten minutes up the road and cautiously headed out on a short walk with a few climbs on it. With genuine excitement.
The light was gorgeous. A full sky of interesting cloud, a vast soft box that resulted in intensified colour and huge depth. Lucky me! I was also treated to a stunning display of bluebells towards the end of the walk, which was around the low fells surrounding Staveley, Cumbria.
Happiness ensued.
The fells are beckoning.

The ability to pull color and let something pick up artsy emphasis. Your captures take me to another time and place. Thank you.
So pleased you are well on the road to recovery. Gorgeous photos.
